Our fluoropolymer films, including FEP and PFA grades, deliver the chemical inertness and thermal stability required by semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Their extremely low free-ion and particle release protects even the most sensitive processes from contamination.
FEP combines a wide service-temperature range with outstanding dielectric properties and non-stick surfaces. It is widely used as a release film, barrier liner and clean packaging layer in semiconductor and laboratory environments.
All Angfeilin products are manufactured in ISO Class 5–8 multi-stage cleanrooms under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Materials are validated against ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements, USP particulate and endotoxin limits, and can be supplied gamma- or EO-sterilized with batch documentation. Semiconductor-grade cleanliness is verified through Outgassing, IC, FTIR, ATR and NVR testing.
