Clean PE film is manufactured in our ISO Class 5–8 (Class 100–10,000) cleanrooms using an optimized polyethylene resin formulation and a controlled extrusion process. The result is a packaging material with extremely low ionic and particulate release, verified through Outgassing, IC, FTIR, ATR and NVR testing required by the semiconductor industry.
Colorants are selected for cleanliness and migration stability, so the film keeps the same low particle and ionic performance as the natural grade while allowing visual identification of product lines, batch types or cleanroom zones.
All Angfeilin products are manufactured in ISO Class 5–8 multi-stage cleanrooms under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Materials are validated against ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements, USP particulate and endotoxin limits, and can be supplied gamma- or EO-sterilized with batch documentation. Semiconductor-grade cleanliness is verified through Outgassing, IC, FTIR, ATR and NVR testing.
