TPU Flexible Film & Cover Series
Soft, tough and biocompatible TPU film with ultra-low particulates for medical applications.
Our TPU films are produced from medical-grade thermoplastic polyurethane and processed in a cleanroom environment. They combine outstanding flexibility, elasticity and mechanical strength with low particulate shedding, making them well suited for products that are in direct or close contact with the human body or with precision equipment.
The film offers excellent elongation, abrasion resistance and low-temperature flexibility. It can be welded, die-cut or converted into finished covers, and is available in different hardness grades and thicknesses to match specific product designs.
All Angfeilin products are manufactured in ISO Class 5–8 multi-stage cleanrooms under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Materials are validated against ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements, USP particulate and endotoxin limits, and can be supplied gamma- or EO-sterilized with batch documentation. Semiconductor-grade cleanliness is verified through Outgassing, IC, FTIR, ATR and NVR testing.
